The Best Way I Can Describe My Journey as of| 05.19.21 11:02pm|

Right now my entrepreneurship journey feels like God is holding my arm real tight like parents do when walking their children across a busy street. Instead of a busy street, I feel like I’m walking across a thin wooden plank with water all around me filled with sharks. 

The sharks don’t scare me as much as the plank I’m tip toeing across. There are so many things I can do to cause me to slip and fall, but every time I stumble or convince myself that remaining in one place makes the most sense to avoid slipping, I realize God is holding my arm super tight and when I start wobbling, he tightens His grip. 

This is what my journey feels like.

My husband Andrew is running pretty fast in front of me on this thin piece of wood with water & sharks all around. He’s holding my hand firmly as he runs, so sometimes I feel like I’m being dragged. Just before it starts to hurt, Andrew turns around and firmly encourages me to keep moving forward and carries me a few steps then puts me back down. 

It’s feels like we’re going somewhere special, but I really can’t see whats ahead.

BUT It’s so special, that God has decided to joined in!

This is the best way I can explain this seasons that I’m entering.

Can you imagine the thrill that comes over you when you become aware of the hands that are holding on to you?

One hand has never fell down, tripped, or made a mistake doing anything. The other hand’s life goal is to make sure the steps taken after Him are in the perfect order!

LEFT RIGHT, LEFT LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT !

So yes, I’m on a wild ride, a favorable one! At times, I have to take a step back and write it out in order to fully become aware if it.

Then I unclench my jaw, loosen my eyebrows, and breathe… knowing that I’ll forever be in good hands. This is my journey.
